This is my favorite Kelley family Christmas cookie!! I think about this cookie all year long. I never had anything like this growing up. Down in Mississippi, we were more about pies and cakes for Christmas than cookies. But when I went to my first Christmas at Miss Pat’s house up in Maryland and I tried this cookie (among many of her others), I was hooked. The presentation is just picture perfect, resembling little logs. Put these on a pretty Christmas plate and let them
